Creating a Post and adding Category

Problem when creating a post and category. I created a category and then I created a post and added it to the category. After publishing it, I go to the HOME page and click on the Category and start reading the post until I reach the " Continue reading →" entry. I click on that and I receive a Page Not Found. Please Help. Thanks Dave
