Creating a blog page with all posts listed with thumbnails

Hi, In the example of Catch Base Pro theme (http://catchthemes.com/demo/catch-base/blog/) there is a page called 'Blog' where all the posts are listed with thumbnails. I would like to have that as well on my page, but I do not have any clue how to do that. Hope you can help me out! Regards, Marijn
