Create an 'orphan' page

Hi Folks - I'm very happy with this theme (Catch Base Pro) as I am a beginner with WordPress. CBP has been a huge 'leg up' for me in terms of time. I would like to know if it's possible to create a page that will NOT be associated with the menu (top, child, etc). I only want to provide access to it via some links in my side bar. Thanks! -bob-
