Couple Of Issues

Hi, I have a couple of issues that I am needing help with. my URL is: www.20monthsonemillion.com The questions I have are: I want the featured posts slider on the Home page, but I do not want it showing up on the Blog page. Is there a way to do this? I would like for the menu bar buttons to be evenly spaced across the menu bar instead of all the empty space on the right of the menu bar. Is there code to fix this?
