continuous blank pages after every save

ok - since i updated Adventurous i am constantly getting blanks pages after saving ANYTHING... post, page, plugin, jetpack settings, custom post types... every time i hit save/update/publish i get a blank page. i back up and refresh and my changes are saved... but this is really annoying. i even switched back to the parent theme hoping it was maybe something i screwed up in my child but that didn't fix it. i deactivated all my plugins... still no fix... please help. i use this theme a lot because it's got THE BEST fixed header of any theme available... i've done everything i can think of... this site in question is hosted on godaddy (not my choice) deluxe cpanel... nothing has changed as far as i know, except upgrading to the latest version of the theme... i will pay.
