Continue Reading → can not be translated

When I do a search on my site, at the end of the results found there is "Continue Reading →" I want this translated to dutch, but in the nl_NL.po file i can't find this. I have found this: "Continue reading <span class=\"meta-nav\">→</span>" but this is not the one I'm looking for. How do I change this?
