content translation plugin

Hi, I am looking for a plugin to translate a website into English. I have tested some so far(qTranslate-X) but none of them did really work. Since I can't test this live I am doing it locally so I don't have a link for you :( ..basically I need a plugin where I can do the translation myself, just like in qTranslate where i can build a own translation-page for a page. But these are pages of their own and they don't replace the content of the slider... I hope you know what I mean... :) Kind Regards Anton
