Container width and padding – mobile issue

Hi I am using theme Simple Catch Pro (www.elarishnq.com) which is fine on desktop but on the iPad the padding left & right is too tight, it looks as if there is no padding at all. I would like to pull it in so it doesn't go right to the edge. Is there any way to do this please. Many thanks Dii
