Contact form code not working

I switched over to HoneyBook as my CRM I tried embedding their contact form on my website but when I save it and check my website it shows the Code and not the form. I disabled all of my plugins to see if any of those where causing issues. I did contact my hosting support and they said there was a javascript conflict and since all of my plugins were disabled, he said it may be my theme.  Anyone know what the issue could be?
