contact 7 form not working

Hi, I've tested my contact form on www.emergencecarecanada.ca and I get this message: Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method. I want my mail to go to carmen@emergencecarecanada.ca as I have no idea where "admin@emergencecarecanada.ca" go to. I am not familiar with coding so am happy to share screens or whatever needs to be done to get this form working! Carmen
