Conflict with WooCommerce

I have woocommerce installed (as well as Jetpack out of necessity to have WooCommerce). There is an error appearing on the pages. Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in E:\web....\backyardpollinator.com\wp-includes\post-template.php on line 284. which goes away if I use another template which I have installed. If I disable Jet Pack the error goes away. [You won't see the error on the most pages from the nav bar except for pages under the shop tab, because all the other pages/tabs are custom links which go to the parent site.
