Conditional menues not working

Hello I have tried to activate 2 different Plugins (if menu and Nav Menu Roles) for hiding menu items when a user is not logged in. Unfortunately both plugins are not working. The menu items are displayed when I set the conditions for the visibility. Any hints how to achieve that? Regards Herbert
