Compatibility with LearnPress

I downloaded a plugin so that i could create learning courses and quizzes on my site. The issue is, that there seems to be no way to create an account and login to do the learning modules. I've been speaking with the plugin and they suggested that my theme might not be compatible and that I should reach out to you.
