Company Logo in the secondary menu bar

Hi, how can I put my Logo instead of the first button --> Home Important: I use the secondary menu bar. If it is no way to do this, how can I put my logo on the left side and the text from my secondary menu bar to the right side- both must be at the same level. My page: www.wita-immo.de Thanks :-)
