Comments Not Working

I created a blog.. page is checked for accepting comments etc. When Leave a comment is clicked it goes to another page on the website. Will not let you leave a comment. http://www.karenhamiltontherapy.com/blog It takes you to the "background" page. Any ideas, this is a crucial part of this website. Thanks.
