comment filelds not showing what to fill in (name, email)

Hello, I am from germany and use for our club homepage the chicago theme. First of all many thanks for that! Have the problem that at the comment form the description of the fields to be filled, does not appear. The boxes are there but name, email is not displayed. So you do not know what to enter into which box. Hope it is understandable thx & best regards JJ
