Clean Journal Pro–Can I customize

I have the Free Clean Journal and want to get the PRO But before I make the purchase, i have some general newbie WP questions I also like Catch theme and Simple Catch... Is it possible with the Clean Journal Pro that I can replicate some of those elements into Clear Journal Pro...? thanks in advance
