Clean Fotographie

Could I ask two questions please 1) I am really enjoying the free version and am thinking of paying for the Pro version, but do I have start from scratch with my content again if I switch to the pro version? 2) With the free version can I change the colour of the text that sits over the main image to something other than white? regards Stewart
