Clean blocks vs catch inspire?

Initially will experiment with free version but ultimately upgrade to Pro. While there is a comparison tool for free vs pro within each theme, it's not as easy to compare the features/benefits between various themes. I am looking at the Clean Blocks Theme and also Catch Inspire theme. Both look appealing. The website will be for a business, and I will not be using a blog. Given that, is there any reason I should consider one of these over the other? Thank you.
