Childs theme

Sakin, I hAve purchased the Everest Pro theme and just noticed it has a new updated version. I do all of my web work myself and looked into creating the child theme but it seems a bit too technical for me and honestly I dont have the time. I need to update my website www.browrehab.com to the new version but I need someone to help me starting with the childs theme. Will your staff be able to do this for me? Please advise.
