Child Theme – Editor

Hello, I have created a Child Theme in order to edit the Single Post (single.php) for Advance Custom Fields, however I cannot find the Single Post (single.php) editor in the Child Theme as I see it in the parent theme. Can you please guide me how to import, copy or clone the Editor from the parent theme into the child theme? I don't want to touch the parent theme just in case. Thank you so much in advance. LMO
