Child Theme Crashed My Site

Hi, I created a child theme for Catch Responsive and it worked fine, but when I tried to add some code inside it started saying: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /web/htdocs/www.kiaraspace.com/home/wp-content/themes/catch-responsive-child/functions.php on line 7 I undid what I had done, but it didn't fix it. Still repeats that line, but there was nothing on line 7 in the functions.php of the child theme! Now it doesn't let me go on the website at all! What did I do wrong? and how do I fix it? www.kiaraspace.com Thanks
