Chicago Free – Sidebar Showing in Incorrect Area

Hi there> I'm using Chicago Free. Great theme - thanks for developing. Easy to use, plus lots of features. Running into issue where main sidebar is showing up above the header rather than on the side. See blog page here . . . . http://www.nikitadevereaux.com/blog/ Can you help? Also, can't seem to get Promotion Headline to show up on entire page -- even tho' it is enabled on entire site.
