Check to Disable Notes

Hello, I'm using Catch responsive Pro, in the Comment options a check box "Check to Disable Notes". Cannot figure what's the use of that, because I cant find a place where we can write notes about Comments? Somebody have an idea where I can note the comments. This can be really usefull.
