chat box, menu is missing in responsive

Hello dear frinds. At first sorry for my English. I am beginner. I`ve created Child theme like instructed for this website: http://www.bit.ly/1DkOCFp On desktop view everythink is fine. 1) But on responsive view (on mobile) the menu button is missing. Which code I`ve to add in style.css ? Thanks for help in advance
