Changing to Catch Inspire Theme

Hello, I changed the theme from Actema to Catch Inspire Pro and I'm having a lot of difficulty. I must have missed a step somewhere. After importing demo data I still can't seem easily modify the pages. - The demo data uploaded to two of three languages and I would like it also on the 3rd language. -the header image and the slider are together and I would like to separate them. - When I make the slightest modification of a picture, the whole site changes including the menu and it's very frustrating. - If I want to use hero content on one page and featured content in another, is that possible? - Even though we have the pro version, the pro-widgets still have a lock on them. I activated the license code but that didn't help. - When I try to edit that which I am allowed access too, the work area isn't responsive, even after publishing. - is PHP necessary? Is there some sort of tutorial for beginners? I upgraded to Pro thinking it would be make the change easier, but it's not so "beginner-friendly" .. please help! Thank you!
