Changing the word "Home"

At http://www.russianchiroassn.ru, I am writing in Russian and need to change the word "home" in the home page to read "Главная"... I have gone nuts trying to locate that. can you give me the link? Also, how to disable the comments on the home page too?? Thanks, SJP
