Changing the footer text

Hi, What I'm going to ask, is quite stupid: a while ago, I've changed the footer text. In my case, there stands the text (c) by Manu Claessens. 2014. It was only afterwards that I realized that my theme supports this information (Copyright © 2014 Manu's mixtures. All Rights Reserved., and that looks far more professional). Now the question: I want to delete the self-made footer text, but I don't know how (yes, that sound really awkward). My site is www.manusmixtures.be (under construction). I use the theme Catch Evolution Free. Thanks for any help.
