Changing tag-more after no use of excerpt

Hello, After your suggestion i deleted all plugins about excerpt for html style...and i use full post page with tag more as u suggested me :) IT's good idea but....where to modify "read more" text without no use of excerpt? I have now on my only article the tag "more"... translated to "altro..." but i would change it with "Continua a leggere" (Continue reading) and it's impossibile to me... I tried it_IT.po file and nothing found... Could you tell me the correct procedure? I used POEDIT and not find the "altro" "other" but when i open the file .po with text from mac it's modified correctly... with "continua a leggere"... So crazy damn thning... A simple thing...that makes me crazy... Regards, Luca
