Changing pictures

Hi Guys, Love your themes. Im redoing my website but I cant seem to find where to change the pictures on the front page in the slider? Also how is it possible to where the three pictures are to use one of them to link to one of my pages in the headline? and as well where do I change the pictures. Im new to all this so have patience with me :)
