Changing Header Text on Blog Posts Page in Catch Inspire Pro?

Hello--when viewing my blog posts page on my website, there is a title "Blog" and some automatic text underneath that says "I have tons to content. Follow my blogs about intresting stuff." I want to change this text but cannot find a way to do it in the customize mode--how do I change this automatic text that came with the theme?
