Changing from free to pro theme

Hi I set my wordpress site up using the Catch Kathmandu free theme - I have now purchased the Pro version which I have added via the wordpress dashboard when I activate the new theme all my customisations are lost. Is there a way of switching to the Pro version without having to start from scratch?
