Changing Footer Sizes

How do I go by changing the footer height and footer width? I am attempting a circuitous route - using yellow pencil --> I was able to change the width with this plugin, but not the height: and I had to do it differently on each page which is very onerous. my website domain is project555.org Thank you so much for your help!!
