Changing fonts of different texts and places, How to?

Hello I need to change the fonts of the texts, whether it be Menu items, CT:About texts, Featured Content texts, Page Content and Blog Content Text... etc. I know I should add font-family in Additional CSS, but i dont know which #.... is which to change its font family. further, what font families are available? what if I need to add a custom font to my page? Thanks
