Changing Default Kathmandu Themes

Hello I am new to WordPress and new to the Catch Kathmandu theme, and have gotten my website set up, but would like to customize the pictures that are on the slider. Currently the default pictures are Kathmandu landscapes with text associated with each one. How do I customize these pictures and text? Thanks, Catie
