Change the promotionale images

Hi, I ve been trying for hours but nothing I can't understand how to change the pics in the slider which I think owns to the promotion headline. I went to APPAERANCE/THEME OPTIONS/ PROMOTION HEADLINE OPTIONS but here i can only change the writtens and the link. How do I insert new pictures in the slider above those writtens and delete those which are already there (the tiger ones)? Thanks, Luca
