change 'Stick to the Front Page' behavior

Hi, On my web site jostudio.fr I am trying to use 'Stick to the Front Page' for a post I'd like to keep first in the list. 1. It displays a text (my website is in french language) called 'sélectioné' which is a typo as it should be "sélectionné" with a double 'n' 2. I would prefer having a pin picture on it instead of a text. Is that possible? If not how can I at least correct the typo? Thanks! Eric
