Change Slider Image and Text

Hi, very nice the Everest Catch Theme, good job. Unfortunately I have some problems with the slider: Where can I change the number of slider images. Per default the slider has two images, where can I increase it to 5 for example? Where can I change the Text in the Slider? Thank you very much! Pat
