Change “/service” permalink

Hello everyone!! I'm using the free versión of the theme and I would like to change the permalink /service . I create a child theme to do the changes but I'm not sure how and where to do it... The problem is that the website is in spanish, so /service is not good for the SEO... If anyone knows how to do it I'll appreciate it!! Thank you very much!!
