change position of mobile menu close symbol

Is it possible to move the mobile menu one line lower, put the icon with the 3 lines over the 1. menu entry and change the icon behavior as follows: - the icon with the 3 lines should change to << instead of an X if the menu is opened - if you click on << this icon changes back to the mobile menu icon with the 3 lines --> so the icons should be on the same position Please have a look on www.sport1.de with a mobile device to see what i mean.
