Change not applied in Promotion Headline Link

Hello, We have this web https://anicovem.com/ which can be accessed in spanish or in english. Now, with the Customizer i Have changed the link of the CTA button, but the subdomain https://stock.anicovem.com/ only works in spanish, english version is using the previous link and I don't see the way to fix this issue. Can someone help me? Regards in advance,
