Change Navigation Bar Background Color

Site: https://wardstreeservice.com/wp/ I am using Catch Responsive with a child theme for my customizations. On other sites I have been able to make the nav bar transparent but I have not been able to change the nav bar background color on this. How can I do this? Thanks!
