Change meny font?

2 more questions, thanks for last fast reply! Is there any custom CSS to change meny font´s and also change the colour background when hovering over meny words? It´s white now and it looks wierd on the dark/grey background.Using Dark theme! Sorry for asking much, but i dont know how to use CSS codes :( Thankful for any help. -Mikael
