Change menu link color

Hi everyone! I would like to change link color of the main menu (arts,blog,press etc). About the active links they're grey by default but I prefer white. About the hover ones they're white by default but I prefer grey. Which code should I put on the additional CSS? Here the homepage Thank you in advance!
