change menu color

Here I am again, I upgraded to pro because I was hoping that I could change fonts and colors easily. Unfortunaely that is not easier than in simple catch. But maybe somebody can help me with this: 1. how do I change the color of the menu 2. how do I change the color or backround of the header and last but not least 3. how can I increase the space between logo and site title. If you check my site http://69.89.31.69/~riceandc/ you see that it looks a bit strange.
