Change Menu Color Simple Catch Pro

Hello, Simple Catch Pro comes with a white menu and actually I want to try a blue menu (color code = #007FFF) instead of the white one. I assumed a feature to change the menu bar's color would be present in the Pro theme, but I can't find it. What can I do to modify its color? Thanks in advance for help
