Change hover font link color

So I used the code from the prior post of: "Change link color" by wouwonline. And that helped my currenrt page on my navigation bar change. however, when I hover the color is still a red color and I want it to be white. How do I change this? My URL: http://83f.b6a.myftpupload.com
