Change hover colour of social icons

I'd like to remove the grey hover colour of the social icons widget and don't seem to be having success. Could you please advise. http://beeliarps.wa.edu.au Alternatively I can change the grey to another colour. Also, the Jetpack Facebook widget isn't working in Catch Evolution Pro, yet works in other catch themes.
