Change height of main menu bar in Fabulous Fluid Pro

Dear Support, Might you please advise how I can change the height of the main primary menu is Fabulous Fluid Pro. I'd like it be be narrower. I'd also like to extend the background colour of the primary menu to expand to the right and left rather than seeing the header back ground colour. Regards Jen
