Change header image display on tiny screens

I am wondering what the CSS would be to make the front page header image drop down below the masthead like the feature images do on the pages. I only want to do this on tiny screens (eg max-width 414px). I have a transparent logo that works well over the header image on bigger screens, but is not clear on tiny screens. www.gmgc.com.au Thanks.
